We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items on sale or with a discount
• Used or damaged items
• Items that have been in your possession for more than 30 days
• Items with missing or damaged packaging

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you are located outside the EU, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
