General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers remotely.
- Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
- Distance contract: a contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of products and/or services, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Article 4 – Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices. Prices will not be increased after the order has been confirmed, unless required by law.
Article 5 – Delivery
The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products. The place of delivery is the address provided by the consumer to the entrepreneur. Orders are processed as quickly as possible. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed within 30 days.
Article 6 – Returns
The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.
Article 7 – Warranty
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date of the conclusion of the contract.
Article 8 – Disputes
Contracts between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
